Systematic reviews

1.Review the results of trials as soon as there are enough, to quickly and reliably work out if a treatment works better than standard care. We will do this using our new Framework for Adaptive Meta-analysis (FAME). To date we have reviewed:

docetaxel

Effects of adding
zoledronic acid

Effects of adding

2. Compare all treatments that work, to find out which work best, using network meta-analysis
Effects of all current treatments

3. Find out if some men benefit more or less from effective treatments, by collecting de-identified individual participant data (IPD)
