PPI and STOPCAP M1
During the development of STOPCAP M1, we involved two men from the UK who had been treated for prostate cancer.
They commented on the research proposal, helped to develop the PPI and dissemination plans and contributed to the development of the lay summary
Both men, along with one other, are now members of the Patient Research Partners’ Group (PRPAG), and with others, help to oversee the STOPCAP M1 programme, by:
- developing protocols for our systematic reviews
- interpreting and responding to results of clinical trials
- communicating results and advocacy
- project governance
